Be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. The student's account must be opened by November 2, 2015 in order to be eligible for the scholarship. The applicant must be (or will be) a spring 2016 graduate of a Central or East Alabama high school with at least a cumulative 2.75 GPA, and must begin college or technical school in the fall of 2016in the state of Alabama.
