David Allen Franklin Scholarship

David Allen Franklin Scholarship Deadline:  February 8, 2019   The David Allen Franklin Memorial Scholarship program consists of a scholarship awarded over a two or four year period. Students must meet the following criteria: A. The student takes a full academic load at an accredited college. B. The student remains in good standing with the college. C. Every senior who plans to attend a two or four year college or receive some type of training beyond high school should apply for this scholarship.
